Job Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Must have open availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience in a hotel and/or restaurant
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Experience using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Basic knowledge of local alcohol, labor, and tipping laws
  • TABC and Food Handler Certified
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in wine and upscale beverage service

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations across multiple outlets with energy and precision
  • Assist with scheduling, forecasting, and training to keep teams sharp and service seamless
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate on special events and activations that showcase our culinary creativity
  • Uphold Hyatt's gold standard of hospitality in every detail
