Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience in a hotel and/or restaurant
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Basic knowledge of local alcohol, labor, and tipping laws
- TABC and Food Handler Certified
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in wine and upscale beverage service
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across multiple outlets with energy and precision
- Assist with scheduling, forecasting, and training to keep teams sharp and service seamless
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate on special events and activations that showcase our culinary creativity
- Uphold Hyatt's gold standard of hospitality in every detail
