Job Requirements

  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
  • knowledge of beverage and wine service preferred
  • ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
  • hotel industry experience highly preferred
  • knowledge of wine and beverages in an upscale environment preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible work schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • dynamic leadership and team player abilities

Job Duties

  • overseeing beverage and food service operations within the hotel
  • scheduling staff and managing workforce forecasts
  • training and developing team members
  • ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and Hyatt operating procedures
  • coordinating and managing special events at the hotel
  • controlling food and beverage costs to maximize profitability
  • maintaining high standards of guest service and product quality
