Job Requirements
- minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
- knowledge of beverage and wine service preferred
- ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong communication and analytical skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
- hotel industry experience highly preferred
- knowledge of wine and beverages in an upscale environment preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible work schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- dynamic leadership and team player abilities
Job Duties
- overseeing beverage and food service operations within the hotel
- scheduling staff and managing workforce forecasts
- training and developing team members
- ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and Hyatt operating procedures
- coordinating and managing special events at the hotel
- controlling food and beverage costs to maximize profitability
- maintaining high standards of guest service and product quality
