Job Requirements

  • Previous night audit, hotel or accounting experience is required
  • first aid CPR certification required
  • customer service experience
  • cash handling experience
  • knowledge of and comfort with computers
  • flexible schedule including evening, graveyard, weekend, and holiday availability required

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • accurate and timely accounting of all nightly closings
  • solve routine problems quickly and effectively while adhering to company policy
  • work alone during late night and overnight hours
  • communicate clearly and professionally with employees and customers
  • operate POS terminal and handle cash
  • check guests in and out, take reservations in person or by phone
  • manage multiple line phone service
  • clean and stock supplies
  • sign property keys, radios, and pagers in and out to employees and guests
  • assist guests with navigating property features
  • ensure compliance with emergency procedures and crisis management policies
  • remain calm and friendly in stressful situations
  • perform front desk duties outside the scope of night audit
  • work independently and as a team member
  • maintain safety and report concerns to management
  • keep current on company events, history, and products
