Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Must have current food handlers card or ability to obtain one
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Produce excellent quality food for customers
  • Accurately work with numbers, orders, follow recipes and food specs
  • Safely lift and carry heavy objects with a hand truck or assistance if necessary
  • Value diversity and work effectively with individuals from different backgrounds
  • Remain calm, focused, and provide excellent food products in a high-volume environment
  • Follow strict adherence to deadlines and product quality
  • Work for long periods on feet with frequent walking and standing
  • Perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and stooping
  • Perform fine hand manipulation including chopping and use of kitchen equipment
  • Work in a hot kitchen environment with grills, broilers, and fryers
  • Communicate clearly, positively, and cooperatively with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers
  • Work with chemicals used in cleaning and sanitizing
  • Complete dishwashing duties as needed
