Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain current food handlers card
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift and carry heavy objects safely
- Ability to perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and stooping
- Ability to work around sharp objects and heat sources
- Ability to work with chemicals used in cleaning and sanitizing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline oriented work environment

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, pitchers, cups, and other dishware
- Put items away in designated areas
- Prioritize duties by restaurant need and manager communication
- Close down work space
- Maintain a clean and orderly work space
- Dispose of waste including garbage and recycling
- Perform other cleaning and maintenance projects as assigned
