Job Requirements

Obtain and maintain current food handler's card
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Ability to work for long periods on feet including frequent walking and standing
Able to lift and carry heavy objects safely
Work with sharp objects and cleaning chemicals safely
Ability to perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and stooping
Work around heat sources including grills, broilers, and hot-oil fryers
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

Obtain and maintain current food handler's card
Previous experience preferred but not required
Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline-oriented environment
Positive attitude and value for diversity
Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

Wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, pitchers, cups, and other dishware
Put items away in designated areas
Prioritize duties by restaurant need and manager communication
Close down workspace
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Dispose of waste including garbage and recycling
Perform other cleaning and maintenance projects as assigned
