Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and performance improvements
- Resolve guest and associate issues promptly
- Step in as acting General Manager when needed
- Support training staff on brand standards and job expectations
- Monitor in-house guest accounts and manage refunds
- Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment
- Act as the first contact for guest service concerns
- Foster a service-oriented culture
- Support sales efforts to increase occupancy
- Provide cover in various hotel departments
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and amenities
- Help manage the hotel’s social media presence
- Assist in team meetings and visual inspections
