Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences and performance improvements
  • Resolve guest and associate issues promptly
  • Step in as acting General Manager when needed
  • Support training staff on brand standards and job expectations
  • Monitor in-house guest accounts and manage refunds
  • Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Act as the first contact for guest service concerns
  • Foster a service-oriented culture
  • Support sales efforts to increase occupancy
  • Provide cover in various hotel departments
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and amenities
  • Help manage the hotel’s social media presence
  • Assist in team meetings and visual inspections
