Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- associate's degree in business management related field or equivalent experience preferred
- two or more years of leadership experience
- excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- ability to assume authority and set an example
- ability to manage time effectively for self and team
- demonstrate high level of customer service and handle service failures
- strong computer skills with LMS, CVPS, Microsoft Office
- ability to operate office equipment
- ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business management or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee overall hotel operations including front desk, call center, reservations, gift shop, and boutique

- monitor day-to-day operations ensuring outstanding service delivery
- resolve guest complaints quickly and effectively

- operate various office equipment and software systems
