  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • associate's degree in business management related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • two or more years of leadership experience
  • excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to assume authority and set an example
  • ability to manage time effectively for self and team
  • demonstrate high level of customer service and handle service failures
  • strong computer skills with LMS, CVPS, Microsoft Office
  • ability to operate office equipment
  • ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business management or related field preferred

  • monitor day-to-day operations ensuring outstanding service delivery
  • resolve guest complaints quickly and effectively
