Job Duties
- perform front desk housekeeping laundry and food & beverage duties as needed
- assist in ensuring proper cash and key control procedures are followed
- assist in maintaining proper shift coverage including covering meal breaks and call offs
- assist in ensuring food quality and service standards are being maintained as required in the bistro
- assist in ensuring food sanitation and proper food handling standards are being followed
- maintain market stock and coffee area as needed
- provide guests with information pertaining to available services and hours of the hotel
