Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associate's degree in business management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Two or more years of leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assume authority and set an example for coworkers
  • Ability to manage own time and that of direct reports
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs and resolve service issues
  • Strong computer skills including LMS, CVPS, Microsoft Office and various information support systems
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers, printers, fax machines and telephones
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business management or related field preferred
  • Two or more years of leadership experience in planning, scheduling and directing work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in computer skills including LMS, CVPS, Microsoft Office products and other information systems
  • Ability to operate various office equipment
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel operations is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Oversee the overall operations of hotel services including Front Desk, Call Center and Reservations, Gift Shop and Boutique
  • Develop and maintain an engaging and positive environment for guests and associates
  • Promote and retain highly skilled associates to manage shifts effectively
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure outstanding service delivery
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with various departments including Bell Services, Transportation, Valet, Golf, and Pool
  • Provide leadership and constructive feedback to direct reports to enhance performance
