Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associate's degree in business management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Two or more years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assume authority and set an example for coworkers
- Ability to manage own time and that of direct reports
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and resolve service issues
- Strong computer skills including LMS, CVPS, Microsoft Office and various information support systems
- Ability to operate office equipment including computers, printers, fax machines and telephones
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business management or related field preferred
- Two or more years of leadership experience in planning, scheduling and directing work
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Proficient in computer skills including LMS, CVPS, Microsoft Office products and other information systems
- Ability to operate various office equipment
- Experience in hospitality or hotel operations is advantageous
Job Duties
- Oversee the overall operations of hotel services including Front Desk, Call Center and Reservations, Gift Shop and Boutique
- Develop and maintain an engaging and positive environment for guests and associates
- Promote and retain highly skilled associates to manage shifts effectively
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with various departments including Bell Services, Transportation, Valet, Golf, and Pool
- Provide leadership and constructive feedback to direct reports to enhance performance
