Job Requirements
- Two or more years of relevant experience in hotel employee management
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant hotel management software
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of relevant experience in directing and managing employees in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- Work closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic initiatives for hotel operations
- Assist in leading the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for front desk operations team
- Responsible for employee engagement through coaching, training, rewards, and development
- Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within front desk operations
- Participate in interviews, candidate selections, training, supervision, counseling and coaching of front desk operations staff
