Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of relevant experience in hotel employee management
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant hotel management software

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of relevant experience in directing and managing employees in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Work closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic initiatives for hotel operations
  • Assist in leading the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for front desk operations team
  • Responsible for employee engagement through coaching, training, rewards, and development
  • Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within front desk operations
  • Participate in interviews, candidate selections, training, supervision, counseling and coaching of front desk operations staff
