Job Requirements

  • College degree
  • Three years of related experience in hotel operations
  • Previous experience in hotels
  • Must have housekeeping and front office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant attention to detail
  • Computer skills required
  • Experience with RoomKey, Profit Sword, M3, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and inventory control measure preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping teams
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs to inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance
  • Review daily arrivals, VIPs, and group blocks to ensure readiness and personalized service
  • Manage staffing levels and task assignments to meet operational demands
  • Ensure operating systems (PMS, key systems, radios, etc.) and equipment function properly
  • Evaluate departmental performance and adjust SOPs as needed
  • Conduct monthly safety and quality inspections with Engineering and the GM
