Job Requirements
- College degree
- Three years of related experience in hotel operations
- Previous experience in hotels
- Must have housekeeping and front office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Significant attention to detail
- Computer skills required
- Experience with RoomKey, Profit Sword, M3, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and inventory control measure preferred

Job Duties
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping teams
- Conduct morning walkthroughs to inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Review daily arrivals, VIPs, and group blocks to ensure readiness and personalized service
- Manage staffing levels and task assignments to meet operational demands
- Ensure operating systems (PMS, key systems, radios, etc.) and equipment function properly
- Evaluate departmental performance and adjust SOPs as needed
- Conduct monthly safety and quality inspections with Engineering and the GM
