Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations or food and beverage management
  • proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
  • proficiency in hotel management software

  • excellent customer service and guest relations abilities
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations and event management
  • proficient in scheduling and operational procedures
  • ability to manage budgets and financial reports

Job Duties

  • oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets including bar, breakfast service, banquet functions, and events
  • coordinate with culinary, front office, and events teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • provide support to housekeeping and maintenance during non-peak event times
  • help maintain operational readiness and support general manager in daily hotel operations
  • act as a visible leader on the floor during peak periods and high occupancy
  • proactively interact with guests to assess satisfaction and address concerns
  • lead and support food and beverage and event staff through coaching, training, scheduling, and supervision
