Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations or food and beverage management
- proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
- proficiency in hotel management software

- knowledge of food and beverage operations and event management

Job Duties
- oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets including bar, breakfast service, banquet functions, and events
- coordinate with culinary, front office, and events teams to ensure seamless event execution
- provide support to housekeeping and maintenance during non-peak event times
- help maintain operational readiness and support general manager in daily hotel operations
- act as a visible leader on the floor during peak periods and high occupancy
- proactively interact with guests to assess satisfaction and address concerns
- lead and support food and beverage and event staff through coaching, training, scheduling, and supervision
