Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- training certifications and experience with learning management systems advantageous
- ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- commitment to luxury service and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of rooms operations experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- proven ability to identify operational needs and translate into training
- strong facilitation and coaching skills
- highly organized and proactive
- familiarity with luxury service standards including Forbes Travel Guide criteria
- experience training or coaching within operations
- learning and development or HR experience is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Design and deliver operational training programs
- create job skills checklists and onboarding roadmaps
- collaborate with Rooms leadership to align training with goals
- oversee Rooms onboarding process
- conduct hands-on in-department training
- shadow daily operations to coach associates
- evaluate training effectiveness through audits and feedback
- certify and coach departmental trainers
- champion company culture and luxury service standards
- utilize tools like ADP LMS and Teams for communication and tracking
