Job Requirements

  • Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Second or third year student preferred
  • Studying hospitality management or related major
  • Capable of a 10-week minimum commitment
  • Prior industry experience a plus but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a second or third year student
  • Studying hospitality management or a related major
  • Demonstrated interest in the hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 weeks
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

  • Participate in rotations within hotel operations including rooms and food and beverage departments
  • Shadow a department of choice outside primary roles to gain additional exposure
  • Provide efficient and attentive service to guests under supervision
  • Assist with daily operational tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Communicate effectively with guests and associates
  • Uphold Hyatt’s standards of guest service and professionalism
