Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in hospitality or hotel management or accounting preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit preferred
- Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills for hotel operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays in a hotel setting
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a hotel environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in hospitality, hotel management, or accounting preferred
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles
- Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems and accounting software
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Perform nightly audits and prepare accurate financial reports for the hotel
- Balance hotel cash drawers, credit card transactions, and other payments
- Check-in and check-out hotel guests efficiently, providing a welcoming experience
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during the night shift
- Monitor hotel security and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Maintain detailed hotel logs and shift reports, communicating important information to morning staff
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments for smooth operations
