Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in hospitality or hotel management or accounting preferred
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills for hotel operations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays in a hotel setting
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a hotel environment

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems and accounting software

Job Duties

  • Perform nightly audits and prepare accurate financial reports for the hotel
  • Balance hotel cash drawers, credit card transactions, and other payments
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests efficiently, providing a welcoming experience
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during the night shift
  • Monitor hotel security and ensure safety procedures are followed
  • Maintain detailed hotel logs and shift reports, communicating important information to morning staff
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments for smooth operations
