Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Timely and complete renewal of required certifications and licenses including gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write correspondence, and present information effectively
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Physical ability to stand, talk, hear, lift up to 30 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Availability to work all shifts including graveyard and weekends
- Willingness to perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity
- Compliance with safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of telephone equipment and operations
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle problems calmly and efficiently
- Ability to work under team management and independently
- Good hearing and clear speaking ability
- Willingness to work any shift and weekends
- Pleasant telephone voice and manner
- Reliability

Job Duties
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and guest services skills by being fun, friendly, and fair
- Verify and post charges to guest accounts, ensuring room rates and posting details match and that charges are posted to correct departments
- Complete all reports generated by Visual One and distribute to appropriate departments
- Ensure direct billings are posted to the general ledger promptly
- Perform full system backups and assign wake-up calls
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and follow safety and accident prevention policies
- Register guests, verify registrations, address, and credit card information
- Answer incoming calls, make reservations, and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Communicate frequently with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments
- Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity when working with clients and guests
- Effectively resolve guest complaints with understanding and compassion
- Process reservations timely to guarantee proper handling
- Note guest requests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle stressful situations with informed and efficient decision-making
- Provide information on Rolling Hills Casino amenities, services, dining, and entertainment
- Perform check-in and check-out using Visual One Reservation System
- Compute guest invoices, collect payments, and reconcile daily cash flow
- Work all shifts as required, including potential overtime
- Perform clerical duties, light laundry, and general housekeeping as needed
- Maintain knowledge of Rolling Hills Casino promotions, menus, and events
