Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash and key control responsibly
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand and move about for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and security protocols strictly
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic knowledge of laundry and cleaning procedures

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
- Assists guests overnight including checking in and checking guests out and collecting payment according to company guidelines and procedures
- Processes all laundry including treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets, and shower curtains in compliance with company standards
- Processes all dishware including washing, drying, and packaging in compliance with company standards
- Stocks all housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry rooms with appropriate products to maintain PAR levels throughout the building
- Processes reservations, registrations, payments, and departures according to company guidelines and procedures
- Sets up and maintains the grab-and-go breakfast in accordance with brand standards
- Conducts periodic daily tours of the property to inspect for cleanliness, collecting trash, and maintenance according to standards
- Complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and security reporting, cash handling, and key control
- Assists with cleaning various hotel areas such as front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas as assigned
- Maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- Performs other duties as requested by management
