Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties
- Must be able to handle guest inquiries professionally

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all guests
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Accurately record charges for rooms, taxes, store purchases, and pet fees
- Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints
- Complete the Night Audit Checklist and manage cash and call logs
- Perform cleaning duties including laundry, vacuuming, and dusting
- Adhere to safety and security protocols and report hazards
- Take on additional responsibilities and be on call as needed
