Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to report to shift on time and in full uniform
- Excellent hospitality skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Any combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Prior hospitality or server experience preferred but not required
- Must obtain TABC and Food Handlers Certification prior to starting work
Job Duties
- Welcome and interact with all guests
- Greet guests, take orders, enter orders into POS system, and verify by repeating back
- Suggest additional items appropriately
- Receive and process payments correctly via room charge or credit/debit
- Maintain knowledge of all current drink recipes and specials
- Maintain work area by restocking and cleaning
- Replenish food and serving items as necessary
- Abide by service speed requirements without compromising quality
- Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages and food items using retail equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work and customer areas following health and safety guidelines
- Promote new coffee offerings and seasonal specials
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks assigned by leadership
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow hotel food and beverage policies and procedures diligently
