Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Able to report to your shift on time and in full uniform
Excellent hospitality skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Ability to move or push goods on a hand card weighing up to 200 pounds
Ability to stand or walk continuously throughout shift
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and kneeling

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job
Prior hospitality/server experience preferred but not required
Must obtain TABC and Food Handlers Certification prior to beginning work

Job Duties

Welcome and interact with all guests
Greet guests, take their order, enter order into POS system and verify order by repeating back to guest
Suggest additional items as appropriate
Receive and process payments correctly via room charge or credit/debit
Maintain work area by restocking and cleaning
Prepare and serve coffee and coffee-less beverages and food items using retail equipment such as espresso machines and microwaves
Promote new coffee offerings and seasonal specials to enhance brand awareness and sales
