Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- flexible availability including day, morning, evening, and night shifts
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work standing for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- flexible schedule with availability between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- minimum of 2 years experience as a host or greeter in a high-volume restaurant
- excellent phone etiquette
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- monitor and manage table availability and seating flow
- estimate and communicate customer wait times accurately
- answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- accommodate special guest requests and preferences
- coordinate with restaurant staff during peak periods
- maintain a clean and organized host station
