Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of relevant hospitality marketing experience
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multiple departments
- Background check clearance required
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of hospitality marketing experience preferably with independent or full-service brands
- Proven success executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand storytelling, OTA performance, and revenue campaigns
- Ability to inspire and collaborate cross-functionally
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong communication and project management skills
Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligning with business goals
- Manage annual marketing budgets
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, paid media, email marketing, and partnership programs
- Serve as brand steward ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Create and manage on-property marketing activations and seasonal experiences
- Cultivate and execute influencer marketing partnerships
- Collaborate with revenue and operations teams to activate promotions and local partnerships
- Support PR initiatives and community engagement
- Manage online presence across hotel websites, CRM, social media, review platforms, and OTAs
- Drive SEO, paid media, email marketing, and performance marketing with corporate and vendors
- Utilize analytics to evaluate and adjust marketing campaigns
- Serve as marketing liaison to internal stakeholders and ownership
- Provide strategic updates and performance reports
- Work cross-functionally to develop marketing support for group and transient business
