Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of executive committee experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Proven leadership capacity in managing $40M or greater revenue property
- Experience with managing CapEx projects
- Strong relationship skills in ownership relations
- Experience working with union partnerships
- Available to act as top operator in General Manager's absence
- Committed to upholding luxury service standards
Job Qualifications
- Executive committee experience in a high luxury environment
- In-depth knowledge of luxury standards and offerings
- Leadership experience managing a $40M revenue or greater luxury property
- Experience managing Capital Expenditure projects
- Proven success in ownership relations
- Experience with union partnerships
- Familiarity with Forbes 5-star standards
- Blend of rooms and food & beverage experience
- Hilton brand experience
- Local market expertise
Job Duties
- Act as the top operator in the General Manager's absence
- Lead and support department leaders to ensure seamless operations and memorable guest experiences
- Implement and monitor daily quality processes across the hotel
- Partner with ownership and corporate leadership as needed
- Recruit, develop, counsel, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of excellence
