Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years executive committee experience in luxury hotel management
- proven leadership in properties with $40M or greater revenue
- demonstrated ability to manage capital expenditure projects
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong ability to build and maintain ownership and union relationships
- ability to lead multiple departments and drive team engagement
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of executive committee experience in a high luxury environment
- in-depth knowledge of luxury standards and offerings
- experience in a leadership capacity at a $40M revenue or greater luxury property
- experience managing capital expenditure projects
- proven success in ownership relations
- successful with union partnerships
- Forbes 5-star knowledge preferred
- blend of rooms and food and beverage experience highly desired
- Hilton brand experience
- local market expertise
Job Duties
- Act as the top operator in the General Manager's absence
- lead and support department leaders to ensure seamless operations and memorable guest experiences
- implement and monitor daily quality processes across the hotel
- partner with ownership and corporate leadership as needed
- recruit, develop, counsel, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of excellence
- manage capital expenditure projects
- maintain strong union partnerships
