Job Requirements
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 6 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- ability to manage multiple departments including front office, retail, recreation, housekeeping, security, engineering, food and beverage, and event management
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- proficiency in reviewing and analyzing financial reports
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to maintain guest and employee satisfaction
- availability to work full-time at the W Miami location
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- function as the strategic business leader of property operations and act as General Manager in his or her absence
- develop and implement the operations strategy ensuring alignment with brand service strategy and initiatives
- manage Front Office, Retail, Recreation, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food and Beverage, and Event Management departments
- review financial reports and budgets to maintain financial performance and profitability
- coach and support operations teams to manage occupancy, wages, and controllable expenses
- communicate operational goals and implement brand and regional initiatives
- lead hiring, performance appraisals, and maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction
- tour property regularly to assess operational opportunities and guest needs
