Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years experience in management operations or related field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work full time on-site

Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years experience
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 6 years experience
- Proven experience in management operations, sales, or marketing
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and luxury service standards
Job Duties
- Manage profitability and departmental budgets
- Ensure operational areas support guest satisfaction
- Review financial reports to monitor performance
- Oversee capital expenditure alignment with service strategy
- Develop and execute operational and business strategies
- Improve service performance and communicate operational goals
- Lead and motivate property operations teams
- Ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees
- Conduct human resources activities including hiring, performance appraisals, and employee feedback
- Implement brand and regional business initiatives
- Maintain an open-door policy for employee concerns
- Foster employee commitment to exceptional service
