Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6 years experience in management operations or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 6 years experience
  • Proven experience in management operations, sales, or marketing
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and luxury service standards

Job Duties

  • Manage profitability and departmental budgets
  • Ensure operational areas support guest satisfaction
  • Review financial reports to monitor performance
  • Oversee capital expenditure alignment with service strategy
  • Develop and execute operational and business strategies
  • Improve service performance and communicate operational goals
  • Lead and motivate property operations teams
  • Ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees
  • Conduct human resources activities including hiring, performance appraisals, and employee feedback
  • Implement brand and regional business initiatives
