Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel or Restaurant Management or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of hotel management experience
  • Experience in luxury or complex hotel management preferred
  • Knowledge of Marriott systems including Lightspeed, GXP, MGS
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
  • Proven leadership and staff development abilities
  • Ability to handle guest service with professionalism
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel or Restaurant Management or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of hotel management experience preferably in a complex hotel
  • Luxury Director of Operations, AGM or General Manager experience preferred
  • Previous Marriott experience with knowledge of Lightspeed, GXP, MGS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and results-driven leadership style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist the Managing Director in managing daily hotel operations to drive guest service excellence and financial profitability
  • Oversee guest services and housekeeping for both properties
  • Demonstrate effective communication and strong leadership skills
  • Delegate responsibilities, organize complex projects, and establish priorities in line with hotel goals
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement
  • Handle emergency situations and other incidents
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing, coaching and recognizing department heads and staff
