Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel or Restaurant Management or related field
- Minimum 6 years of hotel management experience
- Experience in luxury or complex hotel management preferred
- Knowledge of Marriott systems including Lightspeed, GXP, MGS
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
- Proven leadership and staff development abilities
- Ability to handle guest service with professionalism
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel or Restaurant Management or related field
- Minimum 6 years of hotel management experience preferably in a complex hotel
- Luxury Director of Operations, AGM or General Manager experience preferred
- Previous Marriott experience with knowledge of Lightspeed, GXP, MGS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and results-driven leadership style
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
Job Duties
- Assist the Managing Director in managing daily hotel operations to drive guest service excellence and financial profitability
- Oversee guest services and housekeeping for both properties
- Demonstrate effective communication and strong leadership skills
- Delegate responsibilities, organize complex projects, and establish priorities in line with hotel goals
- Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement
- Handle emergency situations and other incidents
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing, coaching and recognizing department heads and staff
