Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and/or Restaurant Management, or related major
- Minimum 6 years of hotel management experience in a complex or luxury full-service hotel
- Previous Marriott experience and proficiency with Lightspeed, GXP, MGS systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to process guest check-ins, check-outs, billing, and payments in compliance with policies and legal regulations
- Ability to manage emergency situations and guest complaints
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and employee engagement
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and/or Restaurant Management, or related major
- Minimum 6 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in complex hotels
- Experience as Luxury Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager in a full-service hotel preferred
- Previous Marriott experience
- Working knowledge of Lightspeed, GXP, MGS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle guest complaints and service recovery
- Effective organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Assist the Managing Director in managing daily hotel operations to drive guest service excellence and financial profitability
- Oversee guest services and housekeeping for both properties
- Demonstrate effective communication and strong leadership skills
- Delegate responsibilities, organize complex projects, and establish priorities in line with hotel goals
- Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement
- Handle emergency situations and other incidents
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing and evaluating, coaching and counseling and recognizing and rewarding department heads, managers, supervisors, and line-level employees
