Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and/or Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Minimum 6 years of hotel management experience in a complex or luxury full-service hotel
  • Previous Marriott experience and proficiency with Lightspeed, GXP, MGS systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to process guest check-ins, check-outs, billing, and payments in compliance with policies and legal regulations
  • Ability to manage emergency situations and guest complaints
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and employee engagement
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and/or Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in complex hotels
  • Experience as Luxury Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager in a full-service hotel preferred
  • Previous Marriott experience
  • Working knowledge of Lightspeed, GXP, MGS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and service recovery
  • Effective organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the Managing Director in managing daily hotel operations to drive guest service excellence and financial profitability
  • Oversee guest services and housekeeping for both properties
  • Demonstrate effective communication and strong leadership skills
  • Delegate responsibilities, organize complex projects, and establish priorities in line with hotel goals
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement
  • Handle emergency situations and other incidents
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing and evaluating, coaching and counseling and recognizing and rewarding department heads, managers, supervisors, and line-level employees
