Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a hotel manager in luxury hotel settings
- Ability to manage and lead diverse teams during pre-opening and ongoing operations
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing large projects such as renovations and infrastructure upgrades
- Experience in building positive guest and client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Commitment to uphold and exceed company and brand standards
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
Job Qualifications
- Current hotel manager with minimum 5 years of luxury experience
- Ability to adjust quickly to varying business demands
- Experience building and mentoring skills
- Hotel opening experience is a plus
- Strong client and guest relationship builder
- Excellent interpersonal skills for positive relationships with ownership, corporate, colleagues, clients and vendors
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Work in conjunction with the Area General Manager to actively manage all property issues
- Lead all hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service initiatives, and compliance
- Direct and oversee large projects such as renovations, contract changes, infrastructure upgrades, capital projects and brand updates
- Develop meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and strategic goals
- Provide leadership to the hotel management team to meet and exceed revenue targets and ensure guest satisfaction
- Control costs throughout operational departments and analyze results regularly
- Respond to audits and ensure continual improvement
- Plan, direct and coordinate service delivery across operational departments
- Monitor and lead new strategies for customer service and guest satisfaction
- Comply and exceed hotel and Hyatt standards
- Manage and develop Heads of Department for career growth and succession planning
- Encourage communication and collaboration across departments
- Seek and respond to guest feedback for positive outcomes
- Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with management
- Maintain and grow relationships with other hotels and community leaders
- Promote positivity and passion for hospitality throughout the hotel
