Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in managing hotel operations and achieving financial targets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service and guest relations abilities
- Experience managing large-scale projects and operational improvements
- Ability to analyze financial reports and control costs effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Work in conjunction with the Area General Manager to actively manage all property issues
- Lead all hotel operations including budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, service initiatives, balanced scorecard performance, policy implementation, guest inquiry responses, and hotel-wide meetings
- Direct and oversee large projects such as renovations, contract changes, infrastructure upgrades, capital projects, and brand updates
- Develop meaningful and achievable hotel budgets and short- and long-term strategic goals
- Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to meet and exceed revenue targets while prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Control operational costs and regularly analyze results to identify and resolve issues
- Respond to company audits to ensure continual improvement
- Plan, direct, and coordinate service delivery across all operational departments
- Monitor and lead new customer service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with hotel and Hyatt standards
- Manage and develop Heads of Department to support career progression and succession planning
- Encourage communication and collaboration across departments
- Seek and respond to guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes
- Hold regular management team briefings and communications
- Maintain and grow relationships with area hotels and community leaders
- Promote positivity and passion for hospitality throughout the hotel
