Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full service hotel executive committee member
- 5+ years of experience in hotel operations
- Experience with union partnerships
- Experience in hotels with 501 rooms or more
- Convention hotel and group business experience
- Prior general manager or hotel manager experience preferred
- Local market expertise preferred
- College degree in hospitality or higher preferred

- 7+ years of experience working as a full service hotel executive committee member
- 7+ years of hotel operations experience
- Hands on experience with union partnerships
- Experience working in a hotel of 501 rooms or greater
- Convention hotel and group business experience
- Prior general manager or hotel manager experience preferred
- Local market expertise preferred
- 4 year college degree in hospitality or an advanced degree preferred
Job Duties
- Leads and manages hotel operations
- Reviews and approves hotel operations and food and beverage department budgets
- Reviews forecasts and key performance indicators
- Directs hotel actions to maximize profitability and improve service and team member satisfaction
- Ensures compliance with daily quality processes and Hilton brand standards
- Oversees sales and marketing activities and participates in strategy meetings
- Leads executive committee and department heads to meet profit and service goals
- Responds to guest service challenges
- Consults with hotel owners and corporate offices
- Oversees hotel interaction with business community
- Hires, coaches, disciplines, and evaluates department heads and key personnel
- Develops skills of direct reports
- Monitors growth of high potential staff
