Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage hotel operations and food and beverage departments
- Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
- Willingness to consult with corporate and ownership teams

- Proven experience in hotel management or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

- Demonstrated ability to implement quality processes and maintain high standards
- Proficient in operational and financial performance management
Job Duties
- Oversee the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage
- Maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction in a property without a General Manager directly assigned
- Implement and oversee the daily quality process at the hotel
- Serve as top operator in GMs position absence
- Consult with owners and corporate offices, as required
- Interview, counsel and evaluate staff
