Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage hotel operations and food and beverage departments
  • Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
  • Willingness to consult with corporate and ownership teams
  • Commitment to uphold Hilton's values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Proven experience in hotel management or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to implement quality processes and maintain high standards
  • Proficient in operational and financial performance management

Job Duties

  • Oversee the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage
  • Maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction in a property without a General Manager directly assigned
  • Implement and oversee the daily quality process at the hotel
  • Serve as top operator in GMs position absence
  • Consult with owners and corporate offices, as required
  • Interview, counsel and evaluate staff
