Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related hospitality leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer focus and adaptability
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple departments and projects
- Knowledge of hotel operations and food and beverage services
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Oversee the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage
- Maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction in a property without a General Manager directly assigned
- Implement and oversee the daily quality process at the hotel
- Serve as top operator in General Manager's position absence
- Consult with owners and corporate offices as required
- Interview, counsel and evaluate staff
