Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or leadership roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments

Job Duties
- Oversee the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage
- Maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction in a property without a General Manager directly assigned
- Implement and oversee the daily quality process at the hotel
- Serve as top operator in GM's position absence
- Consult with owners and corporate offices as required
- Interview, counsel and evaluate staff
