Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage
  • Maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction in a property without a General Manager directly assigned
  • Implement and oversee the daily quality process at the hotel
  • Serve as top operator in GM's position absence
  • Consult with owners and corporate offices as required
  • Interview, counsel and evaluate staff
