Job Requirements

  • valid work authorization for the u.s.
  • minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hotel management
  • demonstrated success in food and beverage leadership
  • experience managing union teams
  • strong financial acumen
  • ability to lead and develop diverse teams
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • extensive experience in hotel management preferably with luxury hotel brands
  • strong background in food and beverage operations
  • proven leadership skills in managing unionized teams
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to develop and maintain community and ownership relationships
  • financial management expertise
  • high emotional intelligence

Job Duties

  • manage daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience
  • lead and inspire a diverse team in a union environment
  • drive food and beverage product quality and profitability
  • establish strong relationships with ownership, asset managers, and community partners
  • adapt business strategies to local market trends and cultural expectations
  • oversee maintenance and innovation of hotel product and services
  • ensure financial performance through cost control and revenue management
