Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards
  • Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
