Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
- Knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards
- Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve conflicts effectively
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Maintain and enforce brand standards and safety compliance
- Lead, train, and develop hotel staff to foster a positive work environment
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Address guest feedback proactively and resolve service issues promptly
- Utilize data and audits to track operational performance and implement improvements
