Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury hotel environment
- Demonstrated success in revenue and cost management
- Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic operating environment
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team engagement
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Drive profitability and improve NOI
- Manage residential-centric experiences and connections
- Find efficiency in a high-cost labor market
- Oversee major wood refurbishments across rooms and guest floors
- Increase covers and treatments in the restaurant and spa
- Drive top line revenue and creatively optimize labor and cost management
- Lead and engage with high-profile stakeholders effectively
