Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury hotel environment
  • Demonstrated success in revenue and cost management
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic operating environment
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team engagement
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability and improve NOI
  • Manage residential-centric experiences and connections
  • Find efficiency in a high-cost labor market
  • Oversee major wood refurbishments across rooms and guest floors
  • Increase covers and treatments in the restaurant and spa
  • Drive top line revenue and creatively optimize labor and cost management
  • Lead and engage with high-profile stakeholders effectively
