Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including food and beverage and rooms departments
  • Manage and lead each department independently to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth
  • Inspire and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and teamwork
  • Handle time management and negotiation effectively to meet business objectives
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and external partners
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the hotel
