- excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Conduct routine room and property inspections to ensure cleanliness and brand standards
- lead, train, and support front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and strong team performance
- handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- manage scheduling, payroll oversight, and labor control
- maintain accurate reporting and administrative tasks
- ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies
- drive revenue performance and cost control initiatives
