Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • ability to work on-site full-time
  • proficient in hotel management software
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • problem-solving aptitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel management not required but preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • hands-on approach with attention to detail
  • comfortable working on-site and actively engaging with staff and operations
  • strong computer skills (PMS systems, reporting, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Conduct routine room and property inspections to ensure cleanliness and brand standards
  • lead, train, and support front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
  • monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and strong team performance
  • handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • manage scheduling, payroll oversight, and labor control
  • maintain accurate reporting and administrative tasks
  • ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies
  • drive revenue performance and cost control initiatives
