Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
  • minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar roles
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency with hotel management software
  • strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capability to manage emergency situations
  • commitment to company values and diversity
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee daily operations of the hotel including managing staff handling customer inquiries and complaints ensure overall smooth functioning of the property
  • lead and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain high level of guest satisfaction
  • ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed by staff and make necessary adjustments
  • monitor and maintain the hotel’s financial performance including budgeting forecasting and revenue management
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services for guests
  • develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue while maintaining cost control
  • train and develop new and existing staff on hotel standards policies and procedures
  • conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and facilities to ensure they meet hotel’s standards for cleanliness safety and functionality
  • collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping maintenance and food and beverage to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition and make recommendations for improvements to maintain hotel’s competitive edge
  • create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff promoting a culture of teamwork respect and excellence
  • handle any emergency situations that arise making decisions in the best interest of guests and hotel
  • serve as brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels representing company’s values and standards to guests employees and community
