Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong background in high-volume, multi-outlet Food & Beverage management
- Extensive experience in full-service or luxury hotel operations
- Experience managing residential components or commercial tenants highly preferred
- Advanced understanding of P&L statements related to Food & Beverage margins and commercial lease revenue
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, Point of Sale, and inventory management systems
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide visionary leadership for the Food & Beverage division including two full-service restaurants, in-room dining, and pool deck
- Oversee the Private Residences and serve as the liaison for commercial leasing tenants ensuring lease agreements and service standards are met
- Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service by instilling luxury-level guest experience standards across all departments, especially Food & Beverage
- Monitor and manage the hotel budget with focus on F&B cost of goods sold, labor engineering, and revenue generation
- Conduct regular inspections of dining outlets, residential common areas, and commercial spaces ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Collaborate closely with Director of Rooms and Director of Engineering to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Manage Sonesta brand positioning through marketing programs, guest recognition initiatives, and creating memorable guest experiences within dining and residential settings
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of diverse teams alongside Human Resources fostering a growth-oriented culture
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local laws, particularly health department standards and responsible alcohol service
- Act as General Manager in their absence and perform additional duties as assigned
