Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel administration, business administration, or related field preferred
- Extensive experience in full-service or luxury hotel operations
- Strong background in high-volume, multi-outlet food and beverage management
- Advanced understanding of profit and loss statements particularly regarding food and beverage margins and commercial lease revenue
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and modern point of sale and inventory management systems
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate large diverse teams
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Advanced understanding of profit and loss statements especially related to food and beverage margins and commercial lease revenue
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and point of sale and inventory management systems
- Proven ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide visionary leadership for the food and beverage division including two full-service restaurants, in-room dining, and pool deck service
- Oversee the Private Residences department and manage commercial leasing tenant relationships
- Deliver on the promise of Sonesta service by instilling guest service standards across all departments
- Monitor and manage the hotel budget with emphasis on food and beverage COGS, labor engineering, and revenue generation
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections of dining outlets, residential common areas, and commercial spaces
- Collaborate with Directors of Rooms and Engineering to ensure coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and performance management efforts in partnership with human resources
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws including health regulations and responsible alcohol service
- Act as General Manager in their absence and perform other duties as assigned
