Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience in luxury hotels or resorts
  • Demonstrated success in leading food and beverage operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence various stakeholders
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Availability to be visible and actively present in the hotel and local community

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a hotel or resort manager or director of food and beverage
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent leadership and team motivation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with ownership and asset managers
  • Ability to implement strategic plans to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Experience in management of luxury hotel operations
  • Residential experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead overall hotel operations and ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Oversee food and beverage operations including BACCO Restaurant & Bar, in-room dining, banquets, and Riviere Rooftop
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and brand leadership
  • Manage relationships with ownership and asset managers to align operational goals
  • Inspire and motivate a diverse team across all departments
  • Foster a guest-centric culture with a visible presence in the hotel and community
  • Collaborate closely with Director of People & Culture on staffing, morale, and retention strategies
  • Ensure high standards for product quality and maintenance
  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, audits, and cost optimization
  • Engage with local community and major influencers to promote the hotel’s position
