Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel management or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams
- Strong financial and operational knowledge
- Proven track record in food and beverage management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as Hotel Manager or Director of Food and Beverage in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent financial acumen and business management experience
- Deep understanding of luxury operations and guest service excellence
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with residential property management is advantageous
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee hotel operations with a focus on luxury guest experience
- Lead and motivate diverse teams across departments
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and audits
- Drive revenue growth for BACCO Restaurant & Bar and other outlets
- Ensure exceptional service standards in all guest and resident interactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ownership, asset managers, and residence owners
- Collaborate with People & Culture to enhance employee engagement and retention
