Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel management or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams
  • Strong financial and operational knowledge
  • Proven track record in food and beverage management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Hotel Manager or Director of Food and Beverage in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent financial acumen and business management experience
  • Deep understanding of luxury operations and guest service excellence
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with residential property management is advantageous
  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee hotel operations with a focus on luxury guest experience
  • Lead and motivate diverse teams across departments
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and audits
  • Drive revenue growth for BACCO Restaurant & Bar and other outlets
  • Ensure exceptional service standards in all guest and resident interactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ownership, asset managers, and residence owners
  • Collaborate with People & Culture to enhance employee engagement and retention
