Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
  • minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations
  • proven experience managing multi-outlet food and beverage and rooms divisions
  • demonstrated success in Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five Diamond operations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • exceptional attention to detail and discretion
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Rooms, Spa, and Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring alignment with 5-Star standards
  • lead and support department heads in operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial goals
  • conduct daily property inspections to maintain brand and Forbes standards
  • implement and monitor standard operating procedures to elevate consistency and service delivery
  • champion a culture of anticipatory service, personalization, and emotional engagement at every guest touchpoint
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans
  • collaborate with finance to develop and manage budgets and strategic business plans
  • analyze performance reports to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • drive profitability through cost-control and upselling initiatives
  • lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of high-caliber talent
  • foster a culture of engagement and recognition reflecting brand values
  • conduct leadership meetings and performance reviews
  • collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams for market positioning
  • ensure alignment with ownership, brand, and corporate objectives
