Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Proven leadership experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong financial planning and budgeting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to engage with the community and promote brand presence

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Hotel or Resort Manager
  • Extensive experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Experience in residential hotel operations is a plus
  • High emotional intelligence and strategic thinking abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead hotel operations with a focus on guest experience excellence
  • Oversee all food and beverage outlets including BACCO Restaurant and Bar, In-Room Dining, Banquets, and Riviére Rooftop
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, asset managers, and residential owners
  • Develop and inspire a diverse leadership team aligned with luxury service standards
  • Drive financial performance through revenue enhancement and cost optimization
  • Ensure continuous product innovation and maintenance across hotel facilities
  • Foster a workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, staffing, morale, and retention
