Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a luxury hotel or resort
- Proven leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong financial planning and budgeting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to engage with the community and promote brand presence

- Proven track record as a Hotel or Resort Manager
- Extensive experience in food and beverage management
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Experience in residential hotel operations is a plus
- High emotional intelligence and strategic thinking abilities
Job Duties
- Lead hotel operations with a focus on guest experience excellence
- Oversee all food and beverage outlets including BACCO Restaurant and Bar, In-Room Dining, Banquets, and Riviére Rooftop
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, asset managers, and residential owners
- Develop and inspire a diverse leadership team aligned with luxury service standards
- Drive financial performance through revenue enhancement and cost optimization
- Ensure continuous product innovation and maintenance across hotel facilities
- Foster a workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, staffing, morale, and retention
