Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role within a similar hotel brand
- Extensive hotel operations experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
- University or college degree in a related discipline preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Support the General Manager in overall management and strategic direction of the hotel, assuming responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence
- Oversee operations functions including Food and Beverage, Culinary, Rooms, Security and Engineering divisions
- Lead and support all departments to achieve financial and operational targets through a positive culture and policy implementation
- Assist in the preparation, presentation and achievement of the hotel’s Operating and Capital Budgets
- Ensure monthly financial outlooks for Operations are on time, on target and accurate
- Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls and standards
- Actively participate in recruitment for leadership positions
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Adhere to all safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
