Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations or related duties
- Prior experience assisting in hotel management preferred

- College degree or equivalent experience in hospitality
- Prior experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with guest service standards in hospitality
Job Duties
- Support the hotel general manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily staff operations in various departments
- Assist with budget management and financial goals
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with departmental heads to improve operational efficiency
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Facilitate a positive work environment aligned with company culture
