Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or management experience in a full service hotel
- strong leadership and operational management experience
- proven track record in food and beverage and rooms management
- ability to lead multiple departments independently
- excellent communication skills
- strong time management and negotiation skills
- bilingual preferred but not required
- ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- commitment to upholding brand standards
- ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- authorization to work in the US

Job Duties
- lead and oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage and rooms departments
